1.      Each contest operates differently – the processes and procedures are listed on the web page which features the contest. Please pay attention to the rules that follow in addition to any specified on the face of the contest including start and end dates, prize types, etc.

3.      Prizes may not always be offered.  If they are not specifically identified, we may not be offering a prize – in any case, reference numbers 4 and 17 below.

4.      Winners will be contacted by email and/or telephone. Winners are NOT posted online - the list of winners for all contests is maintained at the station and can be reviewed during normal business hours.

5.      WTVG reserves the right to alter this prize at any time and substitute any prize with another.

6.      No purchase necessary.

9.      Employees of WTVG, Second Street, our respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

10.  All winners will be required to complete necessary paperwork up to and including providing proof of identity (driver's license) and social security number.

11.  Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9 if warranted and in our sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.

12.  Winners MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD OR OLDER on or before the entry deadline to enter and/or win this contest.

13.  Prizes are not redeemable for cash and, unless otherwise noted, non-transferable.

14.  The prize winners are responsible for transportation and all expenses not included in any prize package.

15.  The winner is responsible for all fees and taxes that may be involved.

16.  If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If we cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.

17.  WTVG, their owners, employees, officers, successors, and assigns for any accident or injury incurred by winner and/or companion while redeeming your prize.

Also, in connection with the exercise of these rights, you grant us, and anyone authorized by us, the right to identify you as the author of any of your postings or submissions by name, email address or screen name, as we deem appropriate. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Site, including content submitted by you, may involve transmissions over various networks, and may involve changes to the content to conform and adapt it to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. You will not receive any compensation of any kind for the use of any materials submitted by you.

o   The site may include a variety of features, such as discussion forums, blogs, photo- and video-sharing pages, email services and social networking features that allow feedback to us and allow users to interact with each other on the Site and post content and materials for display on the Site. The site also may include other features, such as personalized home pages and email services, that allow users to communicate with third parties. By accessing and using any such features, you represent and agree:

§  (i) that you have read and agree to abide by our rules;

§  (ii) that you are the owner of any material you post or submit, or are making your posting or submission with the express consent of the owner of the material;

·         Automated voting of any kind is not allowed. Detection of said automated voting will lead to votes being voided.

·         Only one registered account per voter. If multiple accounts are detected for a single voter, they will be disabled and votes disqualified.

·         We reserve the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60 mile radius of the affiliate's' office.

·         Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.

·         We and UPICKEM are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
